Comerio Ercole is a world leader in the production of machinery for textile and rubber, founded in 1885 is one of the excellent history of the Italian industry. Company export share is about 80% of the production. As part of a prestigious development strategy Comerio Ercole has created a new production department that was recently inaugurated by the President of the Lombardia Region and other important guests.

Mec Gru solution

The customer aimed for the installation of overhead cranes with traditional rope winch similar to those already in service in the existing production area.

MEC GRU proposed an alternative and innovative solution, combining the use of modern SWF hoists that ensure the best productivity and efficiency while reducing the maintenance costs. Modern construction, optimization of space usage, minimum load swing are some of the plus of the SWF product that met the customer's expectations. The SWF NOVA hoist is built in thousands of units and is subject to load tests before delivery; these features were important to choose the SWF solution instea of the custom made winch solution. All the units are equipped with SWF NovaMaster, the lifting monitoring unit that optimizes the main functions by recording usage parameters.
