crane business. Headquarters and production site in Arese (MI) Italy.
The main activity is production and maintenance of industrial lifting
devices.

Official distributor in Italy of Yale Hoisting Equipment, a pioneer
in the production of manual and lever hoists
accessories. The first super lightweight manual chain hoists are
introduced in Italy.

Distributor for Italy of MAN-SWF, a landmark company in the production of
electric hoists and components for lifting.

The high quality crane
building is standardized, basing only on SWF hoist innovative
technology.

MAN-SWF chain hoists are also
introduced to the market with significant commercial success.

MEC GRU acquires the prestigious Defries Titan Spa, the historic
Italian manufacturer of lifting
electromechanical components, getting its technical know-how and
customers.

The production area is doubled, with a capacity of 100 cranes a year.
The production of jib crane is standardized with MAN-SWF chain hoists.

The partnership with SWF Krantechnik
is strengthened; overhead cranes are assembled with innovative
component kit and stand out from the generalist production thanks
to technology, reliability and efficiency.

Telecrane
Italia is founded by Mec Gru. European partner of the first manufacturer in the world of
radio control that will become in a few years the reference in the
market by promoting the spread of wireless controls.

Mec Gru moved into its new headquarters and representative of
Garbagnate Milanese (MI) Italy.

Mec Gru is one of the most important partner
for sales of SWF Krantechnik.

Mec Gru consolidates its leadership in
the market of overhead cranes with high technological solutions. The
remote control, the SWF NovaMaster monitoring system and the three
years warranty are offered as standard.

MEC GRU enlarge its market share for cranes, expanding the sales
